Refund policy

Made To Order & Bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or refunds, however, if you have an issue with your order please contact us and we will make every effort to correct the situation. We want you to be delighted with you millinery!

Limited Edition pieces may be returned provided they are unworn and all original tags and packaging must be included. To request a return and refund you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping is nonrefundable unless an error has occurred on our part.

Lifted Millinery is not responsible for damage to orders incurred during shipping and delivery. All orders will be insured and tracked.
